About the Broker

Jennifer Kraschinsky ​is a multi-million dollar producing real estate agent who has been

delivering superior service since 2007. She started her career in Ohio, and relocated to Florida in 2013; she then became a broker the following year. In 2018, she opened her own brokerage called Tribe Realty, a community to empower and support both clients and agents.


Jennifer is not your typical real estate agent. While looking for her first home, she was disappointed to be unable to find an agent to assist her due to her low price range. It was explained to her that it just doesn't pay off to do those deals, and that agents have to prioritize higher commissions. Right then, Jennifer’s entrepreneurial spirit, heart of service, and keen business sense spurred her into real estate with a purpose: to creatively serve all price ranges with customized marketing strategies so service is never compromised.



Tribe’s agents serve the luxury market as well as first-time buyer markets with the same exceptional “white glove” service and high-quality marketing; never watering down their service based on price points.


Jennifer is a solutions person; she takes great joy in creating a path for those who never thought they could achieve their home-owning dreams. She aims to stay on the cutting edge of the industry with marketing, technology, and adaptability to the times. Jennifer covers a large area of Tampa and offers virtual services for busier or out-of-town clients.
